I put No for personnel being helpful because there was nobody there. I just dropped off the trailer and closed it out in my app taking the pictures it asked me to.

Steven GThis drop off location was basically self service, not really good or bad. This biggest issues was that Uhaul changed the drop off location after I had already begun my trip. I had to travel about 30 minutes further in both direction than agreed upon to drop off the trailer. Not cool
