There was no one there that knew we were renting the U-Haul. The young lady had to FaceTime her boss so he could walk her through it all while she was still trying to wait on customers in the store. And dropping off there was no one to come out and check the truck over to make sure it was left like how I picked it up.

Truck was filthy, smelled like marijuana, bed of truck had broken glass, razor blades and trash all over. Driver side mirror was broken and taped on, which was lost during traveling through West Virginia. The check engine light was on. Overall the truck was poor and no prior check and cleaning was done prior to renting out. Because of a crunched schedule and having to drive 45 minutes out of our way from the scheduled pick up location, we reluctantly took this truck.

Douglas SI put No for personnel being helpful because there was nobody there. I just dropped off the trailer and closed it out in my app taking the pictures it asked me to.
Vernon MCan't really recommend this location as it was a drop off. Personnel had no reason to assist. Need a bullet with N/A.
