KDR Convenience was great to work with on rental, and very helpful as well. The truck itself was clean and maintained to normal ideals. Reported to KDR in reference to AC not working in the truck. This was unknown to them as well and did not adversely affect the rental itself on my part. KDR was very receptive and able to help through all aspects of the rental. Would rent from them again!

I did not speak to anyone at this location I used the app to do the drop off, that was easy and convenient. The people at KDR are friendly from personal experiences there.
Jamey AThere was no one there that knew we were renting the U-Haul. The young lady had to FaceTime her boss so he could walk her through it all while she was still trying to wait on customers in the store. And dropping off there was no one to come out and check the truck over to make sure it was left like how I picked it up.
Katie UTruck was filthy, smelled like marijuana, bed of truck had broken glass, razor blades and trash all over. Driver side mirror was broken and taped on, which was lost during traveling through West Virginia. The check engine light was on. Overall the truck was poor and no prior check and cleaning was done prior to renting out. Because of a crunched schedule and having to drive 45 minutes out of our way from the scheduled pick up location, we reluctantly took this truck.
