This is a very small business but they make up BiG with their awesome, friendly service. I was even offered a ride home if I needed one. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental.

ALAN JCalled to coordinate drop off (Due to a unforseen break down and unable to make to original drop off location) and was hung up on mid phone call, by the guy that answed. Equipment was returned 3 days early and then I was still charged a fee for "Day over"... Pretty piss poor, honestly proably won't ever use uhaul again because of this. It was my first and last time renting from uhaul.
Trace HI ordered two dollies and pads and they were not in the truck nor did the facility have them. This made what should have been a fairly easy move a backbreaker of a day. I would like the card refunded for those items
Benjamin OWhen I got the truck the Inside was dirty and then they charged me for an insurance policy that I never agreed too. I called 4 times to get it taken off and then over a month later the bill comes out and the charge is still there and I got charged for it.. horrible customer service
