JOHN BIt was an overall excellent experience. Because I had used U-Haul before, it took no time at all to rent. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Not to mention I got to take a look at a pretty awesome store there too.

CELESTE WInitially scheduled online pickup at different location that was somehow disregarded…had I not called to attempt to change pickup time… would have never known my online reservation that I thought was locked in with a credit card and followed with confirmation emails and texts got cancelled… that was extremely disappointing.
