JORGE LI use this location 7 days a week 365 days a year as far as availability and professionalism., so that says enough. It's an automotive place so it is what it is on that side of it and it's small but you know what they were available they were helpful they were concerned that the customer questions are answered okay and that's all I want in life from a company and they did it thank you thank you thank you endlessly special thanks to "CC", Edward, and a younger gentleman that I don't didn't catch his name As always the U-Haul folks on the phone that I've dealt with are phenomenal I'll see you again CC I'll probably see you in the next week or two thank you for your professionalism.
FORREST MThe location was fine. It was the customer service over the phone by Tammy that was atrocious. Extremely rude and condescending after I was told 24 his before pick up that the truck was not avaliable. She offered no solutions and pretty much told me it was my problem. I would recommend listening to the call for training on what not to do. I demanded to talk to her supervisor which never happened but I could hear the supervisor in the background finding solutions until I got taken care of no thanks to Tammy. She's worthless.
