I don’t think it was the locations fault but they didn’t fulfill a single one of my requests from the online order. I requested the trailer on Sunday and was called and told I had to pick it up Saturday. I ordered a furniture dolly and moving blankets and they didn’t have either. Please fix your website.

Took truck back before 6pm to check it back in to u haul but the person had left early. Was suppose to call me about what was due from my cash $100 left on hold but just charged my card on file for another $5 dollars. Truck was 39.95 plus miles. Was only a little over 15 miles or so. Never received call. Also asked for dolly didn’t have one but said I could go borrow one from another uhaul
