Ordered it with dolley’s, didn’t receive them. Called and went up to the place and they advised it wasn’t them who provided the U-haul and to call that place, called both places that were on the receipt. One before the change of location and after the change of location, both had the same reservation number and neither said they were responsible. spent half of my time trying to get dolleys as we needed them for our move. Only 2 hours before the return of the truck were we able to get any dolly and they were provided by the actual Uhaul facility. This is the 3rd worst experience i have had with Uhaul. I will be finding another moving company further especially since I am being charged for time I overused that I wouldn’t have had to IF i was provided the materials I paid for.

I don’t think it was the locations fault but they didn’t fulfill a single one of my requests from the online order. I requested the trailer on Sunday and was called and told I had to pick it up Saturday. I ordered a furniture dolly and moving blankets and they didn’t have either. Please fix your website.
Brice BTook truck back before 6pm to check it back in to u haul but the person had left early. Was suppose to call me about what was due from my cash $100 left on hold but just charged my card on file for another $5 dollars. Truck was 39.95 plus miles. Was only a little over 15 miles or so. Never received call. Also asked for dolly didn’t have one but said I could go borrow one from another uhaul
