I got charged for another day I placed a message when I had to pay for it and never heard back
Justin SWe were given the wrong size truck unknowingly and when we returned to pick up the tow dolly that we were told initially was reserved for us was given to someone else. We had to go to another location to pick up the dolly. When returning both the truck and dolly the only return item available was for the truck. Come to find out the tow dolly reservation was cancelled even though we picked it up. Not a great first experience.
BROOKE CIt was unclear how much fuel was required for turn in
SANDRA DDrove the truck in and he asked if the blinkers and brakes worked and said we could go. We didn’t get a receipt, but did get the email saying we didn’t owe anything.
