I reserved a appliance dolly and moving blankets along with the moving truck. When I picked up the truck I was informed they didn't have the dolly or blankets. They directed me to another location that also didn't have a appliance dolly. The guys packing the truck informed us the truck was infested with roaches. They said they had stepped on several roaches in the first few minutes of packing. It was too late to get another truck from U-Haul so the finished packing

Troy LHave all ordered equipment at the locations. Had to go to another location to get the packing blankets requested. Had to go to another location to get them. Try to have equipment at a location closer to original selected location.
