Make sure the truck is on full tank. Make sure the landing gear was clean, it was full of dirty. The truck had a lot of holes in the top of the truck. I prayed that I didn't have to go through any rain storms. I notice after the truck was loader 80% of the way. I tried to call the uhaul number no answer. Then I tried to use the chat, again. No answer. I get a text from uhaul about 12.00 asking me will I still be picking up, I answer yes my appointment was not til 2pm. I was still on my flight. I get there the guy didn't speak english. He had to call someone to tak care of me. I got quotes one price on line foe me to pay at the counter. Get there and charger another price. NOT HAPPY.... THE staff in arizona was very accommodating. But I got ready to turn in the key, seems the guy in amarillo, tx put the key on the wrong key chain. So they had to call to get a clear.understanding of why or I would have had to pay more morning. I paid for à one way ride from Amarillo, TX to Maricopa, AZ. Maricopa Self Storage again was kind and understanding to my issues. Anytime someone usually ask me about moving business, I give uhaul high regards. I think you may have lost à customer. Moving is stresful enough, but to take people money and not understand how to explain things and give you a quote on line and tell you this is what you will pay at counter. And when you get to the counter it's à whole different price +400 more. It is à shame. Money is tight for everyone. Yes, taxes are going to be charge. Just disappointing and unsettling.

Dropped off a day early it wasn't checked in until the next day
Peter LI reserved a appliance dolly and moving blankets along with the moving truck. When I picked up the truck I was informed they didn't have the dolly or blankets. They directed me to another location that also didn't have a appliance dolly. The guys packing the truck informed us the truck was infested with roaches. They said they had stepped on several roaches in the first few minutes of packing. It was too late to get another truck from U-Haul so the finished packing

Troy LHave all ordered equipment at the locations. Had to go to another location to get the packing blankets requested. Had to go to another location to get them. Try to have equipment at a location closer to original selected location.
