The lady was pretty rude when we were trying to explain that we had been told two different locations and the process was really confusing then switched to being really nice as soon as she saw that we were in fact scheduled to drop off at her location.

Very nice
SHERMAN MTruck was dirty on outside and into the trip discovered the left blinker and brake light did not work. The lady at the pick up area was very nice and helped correct wrong charges
