After we signed a contract to return our truck to a location in North Augusta, SC which is a business that is open , we received an email telling us to return the truck to a different location farther away from our home. Upon delivering it there, the business was closed and the gate locked. No one answered their phone. Upon calling the location where we rented the truck they told us to locate a lock box and deposit the key. We deposited the key in a lockbox on a pole by the gate. We had to leave the truck outside the gate and we have received no communication that the truck has been returned! We are very disappointed with the service we received from U-Haul. You can do better!

The place was closed with all the gates locked when arrived at 4:45pm for a guaranteed pick up at 5pm. My confirmation email was at 9:30am that morning for the pick up at this location. Just happened to see someone working in a shop behind the property at a separate business. Only way to get in contact was he called the owner for me. Supposedly the owner said my rental was supposed to be changed. I will not use this place.
