My $19.95 truck rental cost me $133 then was adjusted to $99. I had to go get keys twice because he gave me the wrong keys. I had to get my keys at 9 am because he was leaving at noon and wouldn't be there at my scheduled 4pm pick up. I was charged a fuel charge when for returning the truck under a 1/4 tank of gas when I was given the truck UNDER a quarter tank of gas. Lastly, I couldn't check the truck in because the app didn't work and no one was in the office when I returned it 3 1/2 hours later. He gave me no instructions so I was unaware of the procedures. Extremely poor service.

Deborah KWe were scammed. We received a 2nd bill for an extra $38.00. It said the gas level was below the mark when we took the truck. My wife told him that the needle was below the 1/4 tank mark. We drove the truck for a total of twenty miles. She put in $10.00 of gas. It was above the 1/4 tank mark. He did not send a photo of the gauge, but rather a page that had a generic line, which he marked. I think its is terrible that they scammed a 77 year old man who just had a quadruple by-pass with complications. I am referring this to the BBB and the States Attorney. I wonder how many other people they have done this to in the past.
