Took almost an hour for pickup process, truck cargo area was dirty.

Crystal TI made a reservation two weeks in advance to pick up a 15ft truck during business hours at a location I was familiar with in the hopes of making an already incredibly stressful moving process a bit easier. I did not want to have to worry about dealing with the app to get my truck. I wanted to just walk in to an actual Uhaul location and deal with a service associate. I got a call from Uhaul two days before my move telling my the location I reserved a truck at did not have a 15 ft available for my pickup time and day and that I would need to go to this location instead. I was not at all happy with this experience. When this address is put into Google maps it takes you to the wrong place. The people at this location are aware of this issue but do not seem to have done anything to correct it-they called to tell me their location but it was a part of town I'm unfamiliar with and so all I could do was follow my GPS which took us to an intersection a couple miles down the road. I remember the guy who called me had said they were across from a Lee's chicken so I ended up putting that into my GPS instead and thats the only way we were able to find this place. Once there, the pick up process was a 20 minute long pain in the butt. When pulling into the lot there were several 15 ft trucks there and we had to walk all around the lot (in the pouring rain) to each one and read the number on the front of the truck. I had downloaded the app ahead of time and logged in but it had a million steps I had to do including taking a photo of myself, photos of all sides of the truck, entering in my license, and all my info plus the info for my boyfriend to be an authorized driver. The app kept buffering and even kicked me out at one point so I had to log back in and start all over again. Then had to located a small area of pad locked boxes on the side of the building ( again, in the pouring rain) and put a passcode in the lock to get my truck key out.
Krista RNothing Fred was amazing he even answered aquestion on his day off about the uhaul. He was very helpful with sending instructions on how to use all the equipment we rented. He also gave us advice on how to load the truck correctly to maximize our load. He really made the uhaul experience great.
Daisy LEverything was perfect. I just wish I got a bigger U haul . It needs to be explain more in detail how big you need one.
