George K.Everything was great except that my card was ran while I still had the U-Haul for $50. I'm confused as to why the would try to charge my card another $50 when I already paid when I picked the U-Haul up. Maybe I'm wrong but there shouldn't have been anymore charges until after I brought the truck back and only then would I be charged if something wasn't correct. I reached to U-Haul support and was told that they would get back with me within 3 days, really? Other than that, great!
