My appliance hand cart was not checked in for 4 days after I turned it in. I was also over charged by 2 days on it. I am not happy about it at all. I have already filed a dispute with my bank about it. I should have to pay more because people can’t do their job.

Location was good and staff was great. Check in and set up was less than 15 minutes. However, there was only one employee to run the hardware store and handle my transaction. The storage area is cramped and have trailers stacked with not a lot of inventory.
