The guy was very friendly & helpful however despite looking at the tires and saying that they looked ok - we had a blowout outside of SLC and it took over 2 hours for someone to come help us because there aren’t any spares included with the rental
JANE FEven though U-Haul called me and said this location was full and not accepting dropoffs, when I dropped the truck off there they said they had plenty of space and gladly took it. Uhaul tried to make me drop it off almost an hour out of my way for a measly $1 off per mile. Uhaul, your customer service sucks, get better. Don't make customers do your own business work for you
