Love this location, the manager & staff here are amazing. Every single one of the guys there is super cool and answer all my questions.They are knowledgeable and patient. They get you in and out. They make sure everything is explained to you thoroughly before you pull out. They are there to assist in every way they are just awesome. Their employees is the reason I keep coming back to this specific location for all my moving needs.

I actually did not get my truck! But I did ask for a $50 refund as promised on your webpage. I didn’t get it after asking for it. I appreciate everyone as over all the process was smooth I’m a long time customer.

While the service was concise and straightforward, the truck I rented had “bugs” (roaches) in it. It smelled like someone was living in it, and I had to put the windows down the whole time to keep from feeling nauseous. Zero complaints about the service, but a disgusting truck is a terrible experience all the way around.

Vehicle was a little older than expected with a traditional key, no remote unlock and such but it was clean. The sales associates were friendly, offered us water while we waited for our Uber et al., which was very nice!

My rental was supposed to be in La Habra but it got moved 10 miles away yo Anaheim. Then I had a dollie reservation and somehow they had no Dollie’s but they would be able to give me an appliance dolly for more money. They also gave me the truck with no gas. The low fuel light turned on 2 miles down the road. This place was absolutely horrible.

No issue with the drop off location in Fullerton. I parked the truck behind others and dropped the key in the lock box. My issue is with the U-Haul location at 626 Anaheim Blvd. I first took the truck there and had my worst experience ever with U-Haul (20 year customer FYI). I went into the store and was greeted with one word: "Return?" I replied that I was returning my 15' truck, which I had parked in the return area. He said I was at the wrong location, needed to take it to Fullerton, or it would cost me $400. I shared that it was odd that I delivered a vehicle to a certified U-Haul location, but could not leave it. His reaction was clear that he did not care about me as a customer. No address for the other location given or offer to call them or assist me in any way. I did call the U-Haul customer service number from the parking lot and received excellent help from a young woman (which I appreciated). The rigid drop location is a ridiculous policy, but combined with such poor service is causing me to reconsider using U-Haul in the future.

Too crowded, difficult to get out after dropping off truck due to other trucks being in the way. Also, charging for gas when you already charge by mile is insidious. At least let your customers know that this may be a charge.

At the last minute I was transferred me to a U Haul place at about 10 miles away. The manager left a message but did not call back. I paid extra in gas and time. I called the manager of the U Haul where I originally booked and he did not return my call. Next time I will use Home Depot

I’m very pleased with this U-Haul location compared to others I’ve used. This location exceeded my expectations. Both the staff I dealt with when picking up and returning the equipment were outstanding. They were very pleasant, professional, and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location.

I was sent to another location due to lack of trucks. The new location said they were out of trucks. The first location told me to come back since they now had trucks. I had a reservation so I’m not sure what’s the point if they don’t have a truck for me. Seems that walk ins have a priority over reservations.Also the inside bed trolley came in fastened.

The fuel gauge was did not show the correct fuel level upon pickup, however I did a paperless pickup as the attendant was busy with other customers so I did not see the difference until I got the end of rental confirmation. I returned the truck with more fuel than I picked it up with (approx 1/16 tank more than pickup) but I still got charged due to the incorrect recording that I was not to verify.

Alexis was very helpful although I had a very bad experience with management. Management would not answer his calls for help taking almost 2 hours of my time to unlock my unit. I was not able to get my unit until the following day incruing another day fee which I am not going to pay due to now being my fault

Unfortunately we were not able to get the storage size we needed so it was a hassle to load a trailer and our belongings not fit in the storage unit. However, Jose and Kevin were amazing! They were extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond for my husband and I. Great customer service!

This is by far the worst experience I ever have had!!! The facility is so dirty and the unit was filthy had a huge rat trap inside no lock included, looked as though the unit has been broken into recently. There are homeless people, and gang. Members lurking about . I am going there tomorrow to ask for a refund and gather my things and move them some where else. I'm appalled especially since I had to pay $137 for one months rent and

All was well with the unit, it was clean and had no issues while driving. Tow dolly functioned properly except for one small issue. One of the chain links that is tied around the car frame was hooked to the dolly end to end. The chain link was also twisted and tense, so I could not unhook it from the dolly to wrap on the car frame. I used an extra strap to tie the frame with the chain. Overall small issue, still happy with the service.

The truck was excellent. The staff at the storage unit was also excellent. The facility itself needs a little upgrading. Needs more carts on the Upper Floor to move things down the hallway. Other thank you again for making this experience just a little easier. But I would not recommend that facility. On the count of no elevator and the ceilings are very short made it a little more difficult especially since I am a 6 ft tall man. Have a great day thanks again

Everything was fine, except for the days that I wanted to close out my account. On one day, after waiting 20 minutes for the gentleman to finish fumbling with the printer, I was told he couldn't close my account, and that I would have to return the following day. On the second occasion, I waited for a while - even though the office was open, no one was in the store, or anywhere to be seen on the grounds.
