Our pickup was scheduled for 10am, but there was no one there at the time. I called, and they said they weren't open until noon and seemed confused that I had a 10am pickup. Someone had to be sent over to give us the key, and I had to do the paperwork over the phone which was a pain. Not organized, wouldn't recommend. I did appreciate their ability to help us anyway, but it was not a smooth process.
