Truck was terrible. Transmission is definitely slipping. Didn't have all the extra equipment we added on. Gentlemen working the desk wasn't very friendly or helpful. The female working was nice and personable.

When we arrived to pick up unit, the app was not allowing us to view the information required for pickup or pay for the unit. We chose this pickup location because the hours indicated that they would be open; however, when we arrived, the owner stated that they were not and that he was just there to meet a guy that was working on one of the trucks. He told us that we would have to use the app. When we told him that it was not working, he did let us into the business so that we could finalize pickup.. Had he not been there to meet the mechanic, we would not have been able to pick up the unit.
