KIMBERLY JThe whole process. They argued and put a 1 5/8 ball instead of 2 so I had to drive to nearest parking lot and fix myself. Did not pull trailer out so I had to maneuver between 2 trucks and a wall. Once trailer was attached to my vehicle they walked away without checking anything.
