This facility charged me for a cleaning fee when there was no need for one. The truck was returned in the same condition it was rented.

TIMOTHY FProvide better details on the digital return process and that interior and exterior pictures will be needed. I dropped the keys in the after hours drop box before starting the return process so was not able to take all the required pictures.
