I was called on the day of my pick up that the truck I wanted to rent was not available and I had to pick up at a different location. When I got to the new location, there was no one in the office. I wanted to do counter pick up becuase the digital pick up takes so long. That put me behind 20 minutes. Plust, I was upgraded to a 15 foot truck, which no one told me, and it was too big for what I needed. The inside of the truck had soda spilled on the seats and floor and was sticky. The windshield was covered with bugs. I was told my extra mileage would be covered. It wasn't! I had to call customer service to make suire I wasn't charged. Really bad experience.
ALLEN BI am being charged for not returning the equipment to the original location however the reason for that is because I felt as if the truck wasn't running right so I took it to the closest location, and I tried contacting uhaul and got no reply so I just turned it in and left.
Todd SI did on line check in, so I am unable to rate this location.
JUDY CI would have rather worked directly with a person but the automated process was well done.
