The van I had reserved was not available when we arrived so they switched us to a truck. I told the woman at the counter we were only going six miles. She said she would put in 10 miles and then it "would be corrected" once we got back. I just received my receipt and see that I was charged for 10 miles even though we drove 6 miles. I submitted this information to the email address Uhaul suggested (752004_gm@uhaul.com), only to then receive an email back saying that email address is an error. Very frustrating. What should have cost around $25 cost instead nearly $40.

It was COLD and snowing out and it was pretty obvious that no one wanted to go outside and help with the trailer. The nut that tightens the trailer to my hitch wouldn't turn (someone had cranked it up against the roll pin on top of the bolt too tight!) and they had to help me get it loose. But they were helpful and we got the trailer connected, checked out and released.
STEPHEN SThere was no contact with people. Arrived to drop off truck, there were no signs where to park it. I walked up to drop box and app said scan code above drop box, but there was no code AGAIN. I clicked on unable to scan bar code in app, and it told me drop keys in box and someone would call .d shortly. NO ONE Called. I left truck there and Sunday morning the app tells me order still open. I used chat again and they told me to call store to close order. I told them after all I been through, why don't they call the store. They ended chat or just didn't respond, so I called customer service and they noted the account and said they would message store to close the order. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE 26 HOURS OF WORKING WITH UHAUL. We were dropping my son at c college and were unable to take him to dinner before leaving because of the hassles and lateness due to Uhaul.
