Physically getting the truck out was no problem. Getting the truck back in was extremely difficult to maneuver because they park a bunch of other trucks in the way. I was told the office would be open at 8a. It was not. I had to use my phone for check-in which took me 30 minutes because the uhaul app and website would not let me submit a photo. This is why I wanted the old school way of picking up in person. Once I dropped it off, the office was open but reeked of cigarette smoke which I am highly allergic to and caused me a migraine. This has been THE WORST uhaul experience of my life!
Kimberly DIt took 45 minutes to sign out the truck on your crappy app - which would have taken 5 minutes if there was a person there. Abandon this terrible policy immediately!!!
Mark RLori was great and had excellent customer service skills. She was very helpful with providing clear information and communicated well about what I can expect during my rental!
IVORE WI got there and the person there had no idea how to rent a U-haul. He explained to me he was new and had no training. I kid you not! Luckily, i was able to rent from the app which was not my original request.
