Tell the truth ! The employee rented our van when we called to say we’d be later and then lied that he took pix when he didn’t and accused us of damaging inside roof when we didn’t even load truck more than two bins tall in van and then charged us over $1000 in damages we in no way made ! He was very rude and inappropriate in his lack of any service recovery

Nothing to improve on the location. I did want to share feedback on the App itself. When I did the pre inspection of the vehicle, it was a little difficult for me. I had to take a picture several times and try and load it correctly, the app is a little bit confusing.
