I spent over an hour at this location resolving an issue from a previous rental on 10/31. My rental from 10/31 was overcharged by over $275. I contacted customer support when I reviewed the charges, and was informed it was in fact an error on the staff. I seem to continually have issues at this location and will never recommend using this location to anyone. I would expect some kind of discount or gift card given how often I use uhaul, but nothing was offered. Completely unacceptable. It made me late, and extremely frustrated having to take care of something the staff already could have fixed.

I was told to return the moving pads the next day. I was not told that at 24 hours I would be charged again. I had then less than 28 hours and was charged for two days. I was only told to return them the following day. Not very professional or considerate

The above location was awesome after a very difficult morning for me at one of your other locations on Washtenaw Ave in Ypsilanti, MI. I have never been more disappointed in humanity after dealing with your staff there as well as your call center and scheduling staff. I made a reservation for a 26' truck a week in advance, when I arrived to pick it up they told me without a care in the world that they dont have a truck for me. After they let me explain that I had a reservation the manager, annoyed, looked at me and told me "sorry, but they truck that was supposed to be for you can't start because someone left the lights on" so I'd have to wait about an hour to an hour and a half to get the truck to the facility. I'm sure my situation is not unique, but I had 6 movers waiting to start on loading up an entire house and 2 storage units over the 2 day period I had rented the truck for. Needless to say, I went back home.. waited patiently for 2 hours at which point I decided to call and check on the status. They wouldn't answer the phone so I was routed to the call center. The gentleman there was helpful and connected with them to find out that no, the truck still isn't there. I waited another hour, called again and got connected to scheduling where the person basically told me I'm out of luck. Who knows if that truck would ever make it back but he could find me a replacement truck 20miles away for 5:30pm. I should clarify; my reservation was for 9AM. At this point I've wasted 4 hrs waiting on something I was promised. No one seemed to care. I showed up at the washtenaw location again to speak to them in person since the only way to actually talk to someone there was to physically go there. I asked if there's any way the truck could still show up because I really could not wait until 5:30pm. They didn't know, kept making sarcastic comments.. eventually they called the manager who said it shouldn't be much longer.. maybe another hour. I went back home again. One hour later I receive a call that the truck is there. I load up my car with some helpers and I receive a call from them again that "oops wrong truck" mine still wasn't there. At this point I started thinking I'm on candid camera. Back home we go. The same lady called me 15 minutes later (at 1:30pm) to tell me that she could see an available truck at the State St location but I had to call them. I call the local number and when the person answered I asked "Am I speaking to the State St location in Ann Arbor?" Lady says yes. So after I explained the situation in detail she tells me that she sees I have a truck rented at 5:30pm as if she heard nothing I said. I was simply dumb founded.. it's 1:30pm! How can I have a truck already? She then kept screaming at me.. "what time do you have?!" "What time do you have?!?" Clearly i speak English. I had no idea why she was screaming at me and what she was trying to ask me. Finally she explained she meant what time zone was I in. Mind you, this whole time sh

My reservation was not ready for me for the 7:00AM pickup I was promised. I had to wait for two hours until the store opened on Sunday, even though I made the reservation on Friday morning. The email confirmation told me I could pick it up at 7AM. This completely ruined my plans that I had arranged with several other people. My complaints of this issue has so far fallen on deaf ears.

Probably the timeliness of the check-in when returning the rental unit. I waited for 15-20 minutes from the time I pulled into the "Check In" area. I realize that there may have been a staff shortage, or business inside that could have prompted the wait, however, thought I would make mention of it as long as you were asking for comments.

They got me checked in & out so quick and efficiently I didn’t see much but area was clean and staff friendly - great service
