This review is not for the location itself, but for my overall experience. I had an agree upon load share deal that was going to discount me $350. I only agreed to using Uhaul because of the deal, because I had a more affordable quote elsewhere. So I canceled my other rental truck. But then 24 hours before my move Customer Service texted me saying the pickup location moved. The new location was going to add 3 hours to my drive, and I was on a time crunch. The customer service team did not honor our agreement and canceled the discount even though Uhaul is the one who reneged on our deal. So they strong armed me into using them at a much higher price than I could afford because I was out of other options. Not only that, but the customer service person canceled my entire quote I had. So the morning of the move I looked on the app and saw I had no more rentals. I had to panic and book a brand new moving truck that was $150 more expensive than my previous quote (and for a smaller sized truck). I was then late for my move causing me to be in rush hour and also deliver my items very late at night (I had to pay for a babysitter because I was supposed to watch my toddler, but because of the cancellation and delays caused by uhaul my drive was 3 hours longer with traffic making me arrive to my home 4 hours late). All in all I had to pay $600 more for the move then agreed upon (babysitter, lost loadshare discount, and booking last minute truck. Uhaul is a scam no one should ever use them

David UWe reserve a uhaul truck for 10am but when picking up truck by phone we faced an issue that the reservation was not shown in the app and it took 2hours phone call with support to resolve the issue!
