I would’ve appreciated it if I was made aware ahead of time that the equipment I ordered wasn’t available. Had I know that, it would’ve allowed me to make adjustments as needed. The equipment not being available affected my time and money because I had to then find a location who had what I needed and drive there which affected my move and helpers and the mileage I put on the truck. It also contributed to me bringing the truck back late causing me to be charge for a late return. Uhaul needs better practices for these instances because a person like me feels like that was very inconsiderate not telling me equipment wasn’t available. Then I was told that I couldn’t take the equipment to the location that I got my truck, that I had to take it back to where I got the equipment. I would really like to be reimbursed for that mileage of driving between two locations because that wasn’t MY FAULT! Then when I returned the truck back at the gas level that it was given to me, I was charged for gas. I took a picture of the gas hand when I brought it back. I called about it and the guy lied and said it wasn’t at 3/4 when it for sure was. So I have to call Uhaul to get a refund on that. This makes people stop doing business with companies. The lack of customer service these days is sad!

JUSTIN HAll expectations were met I do hate that you try to force the app on people I’m moving one time don’t plan on it for at least another year I don’t need to download the app. Truck was fine had a couple pieces of trash in the cup holder already but straight and clean truck.
