No issues with the equipment nor location however the process of obtaining left A LOT TO BE DESIRED. I’ve rented from U-Haul once in my entire lifetime, last February. I give the young fella my info and as I wait he tells me I have an “e-alert,” of which I have no idea what he’s referencing. I keep all receipts and I show him I’m paid in full from the only time I’ve ever rented. I then call the number given and waited on HOLD for over 34 minutes. While on hold I use the chat live feature and finally have someone to communicate with and she tells me that I owe $102 from 2022. Mind you the receipt I mentioned earlier was from 2025. How is it I owe from 2022 when I was allowed to rent 3 yrs later? Cut to the chase it was my son that rented and owed. Different phone number, different addresses, different middle name, different driver license numbers and different email addresses yet the woman I chatted with (Brandi) basically argued with me that I indeed owed the money. All I asked is she clear the dang hold since obviously it wasn’t my debt. Such a headache for a 2-hr rental to move two pieces of furniture

GRISANTHIA FThe brakes were worn. They were slow to work even without a load. Also the app would not show my location, so I had to go into the store to complete the check in. The staff was very helpful, and they took care of the check in. Overall though, it was a good experience.
RUSE TTrain associates better and set them to a higher expectation of customer service satisfaction.
