The return was troublesome with the uhaul online features. The websites camera malfunctioned n could not take photo of gas gage or odemeter. I had to seek help from chat. And I didn’t receive a confirmation that I was good to go.
Ofelia CI would suggest 2 representatives during busy periods (morning hours and closing hours). Line of people can be very slow since check out and check in can be time consuming.
