Gentleman there is extremely friendly and helpful. I, however, am a pain who cannot back a trailer up and leave the task for him to remedy when he gets to work. I also didn’t properly check my rental in. Twice. It appears he cleaned up my mess, since I didn’t get a return phone call after expressing my apologies. He doesn’t deserve to get stuck with me, again, but he will if I need another trailer rental! I’ll do better! Don’t lock your door when you see me coming! Thank you for being great!
Lysa MTodd is amazing and it’s the only U-Haul place I’ll ever go to. He’s friendly efficient and keeps everything clean and ready. Very very highly recommend him and this U-Haul place.
TANYA BThey did not put the key in the box they told U-Haul that it was. The code on the lock also did not work. What should have been a maybe 20 minute equipment pick up turned into an hour long hunt for the truck keys. They ended up putting them in the cargo part of the van instead of the key lock box in which they said the van keys SHOULD have been in. Wasted my time in 105 degree heat. The business was also closed so I had to rely solely on U-Haul customer service for any help.
