I have no complaints! Everything went smoothly and the gentleman at the counter who helped me was so friendly! I took his business card and will definitely be using his rentals again next time I need a truck!
Sarah WWas not happy about the hidden extra $15.00 charge on a pick up truck. Advertised as $19.99+ mileage. Says nothing about the additional $15 until you sign the paper work. I mean in essence that’s almost as much as it cost to rent the truck.

donald iHow about an inspection with the customer and the customer service rep? Any explanation about the F650 towing package would have been helpful. I was unhappy to have only 1/2 tank og gas to start-it allowed for the checkout in Papillion to screw me on additional fantom gas charges.
