I had reserved a tow dolly and purchased a trailer hitch but you changed the location I was to pick it up and they did not have trailer hitches. I had to to an auto parts store and pay $25 more for now than price quoted me at U-Haul.

VINCENT OGentleman there is extremely friendly and helpful. I, however, am a pain who cannot back a trailer up and leave the task for him to remedy when he gets to work. I also didn’t properly check my rental in. Twice. It appears he cleaned up my mess, since I didn’t get a return phone call after expressing my apologies. He doesn’t deserve to get stuck with me, again, but he will if I need another trailer rental! I’ll do better! Don’t lock your door when you see me coming! Thank you for being great!
Lysa MTodd is amazing and it’s the only U-Haul place I’ll ever go to. He’s friendly efficient and keeps everything clean and ready. Very very highly recommend him and this U-Haul place.
