Great customer service but there was only one employee to run the rental service while also having to run the mini market.

The location has a very small parking, making it very difficult to move the trailer back to the open spot when returing. I arrived at 4:15pm and it took me 10 mins to navigate the trailer into the open spot and disconnect. I was then charged an entire extra day rent as I was past the 4pm estimated return. This cut off time is very unfair, please consider waving the extra day charge.
