We had our pickup location changed. We specifically asked for the assist with loading service you offer. The location we were sent to did not offer this. The worker took it on himself to help us which was good and he should be commended for great customer service his supervisor showed up as we were completing and chastised him for helping. The supervisor was not unprofessional, just this side of gruff though. This to me is a corporate issue I was assured of a service and bait and switched after the contract was made. I may not use U-Haul again because of lack of trust.
