The owners came in an hour early to rent our equipment on a weekend when they had no previously scheduled rentals. Check-in and check-out went quickly. Excellent service.

Overall experience was terrible. I reserved a 26 ft truck. There was not one available. I had to go to a different location to pick up the smaller truck. (25 miles farther away). I was charged for that extre milage. I will never use UHaul again.

JAMES RNo one was there so I had to drop off they key. The key was almost too big for the drop box and there was no indication on where to leave the truck.
ROB GTruck was very old and beat up. Truck had 4 large holes in roof, that caused minor damage to my cargo. I had to place duct tape to cover holes. I also had to fill truck up with gas. Very disappointed.
