The owners came in an hour early to rent our equipment on a weekend when they had no previously scheduled rentals. Check-in and check-out went quickly. Excellent service.
CAROLYN LOverall experience was terrible. I reserved a 26 ft truck. There was not one available. I had to go to a different location to pick up the smaller truck. (25 miles farther away). I was charged for that extre milage. I will never use UHaul again.
