This location has repeatedly mishandled my reservations, but this third strike was completely unacceptable. I explicitly requested a 24-hour, one-way rental. Instead, they processed my reservation as a short local rental from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, the associate handing me the keys explicitly assured me I could return the truck the following day. It was only when I called to extend the time that I was informed the truck was already two hours overdue and being treated as an unreturned, wrong-location vehicle. I was overcharged at drop off because customer service never properly submitted my first request for review- my second request has been submitted for review and hopefully UHaul has some resolution. Just AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The utter lack of communication, inaccurate booking processing, and misleading information from the staff caused massive delays and unnecessary stress. Avoid this Apex location if you need a reliable rental and accurate service.
