Second time using this location. Both times the office has been dirty and the staff disorganized. When I picked up the truck on Saturday, the employee decided to switch the assigned truck to one that had just been returned, and it was clear that the reason was they didn't want to fill the tank or clean the truck. The truck itself was fine and its being at 1/4 tank wasn't a problem, but the experience felt distinctly like the employee was taking care of themselves and not me, the customer. I plan to look for another location to rent from.

ALVIN CThe U-Haul app did not have my reservation despite ordering the truck from my account making pick up and drop off more difficult. The location was great is assisting where the app fell short
Jorge SNo one was there when I arrived. A quick phone call got me to someone who was very helpful. I was able to drop off the trailer and then take the truck to unload. Then return the truck using the drop box. Easy and painless.
