The only downside to this location is its proximity near a main intersection, limited parking, and a gravel/dirt lot for the equipment. On a more positive note, the service/support at this location is always outstanding and they have almost every piece of U-Haul equipment available for rental. Would definitely recommend (and use fairly regularly).

MICHAEL OThe service & van were great! Very easy to use and the vehicle drove smoothly. The only feedback I have that kept me from giving a 5 star is the parking lot. Space is very limited considering other oncoming traffic along with huge trucks & equipment scattered across the lot. It makes it very tough to enter and exit. It was also kind of confusing to find the gate to return the vehicle, especially when it’s dark outside.

KHAGENDRA BIt's fine - I wouldn't say there's anything that could really be improved much without major construction. The parking lot is a bit cramped, but it works. Staff is good about allowing renters to park up front where it's easy and then they relocate the vehicles as needed. Love the location - it's very convenient for me =)

OLUWASEUN OTruck needed a serious alignment. Steering wheel was off by about 20% to the left while driving straight. Had to back out of the entire lot into an awkward intersection. Back of truck still had leaves and debris from previous renter. I used a blower and a broom prior to returning. I would only recommend this location due to its availability and overall location for Apex/Holly Springs area.
CHRISTOPHER RWhen I made the reservation, I explicitly declined the SafeMove insurance ($15). However, when I picked up the rental, the employee automatically added the $15 insurance to the receipt without my consent. When I asked for a refund, I was told that nothing could be changed. Be cautious and carefully review your receipt, as surprise fees may be added without proper confirmation.

TRAVIS VI've been dealing with uhaul for almost 10 years now for my moving business. This location has been by far the best uhaul location in terms of dealing with the rep, equipment and everything.
EUGENIA BThis is not a knock on this location, but when I received an additional bill for excess milage , I was very surprised. When I made the reservation, I don't recall seeing a milage limit. Charges per extra mile were never displayed. This was deceptive and is not appreciated.
GREGORY WLucky you if you enter the filthy reception and you don’t find the operator eating. Everywhere in his desk is filthy. Expecting your reservation to be ready, even when you spent the time at home choosing and uploading a copy of your drivers licence would still, inevitably, request the operator to ask you the same questions you already answered. “So you choose $8 insurance”, yes, already decided that is what I wanted… “May I see your drivers licence”, is already uploaded… “May I have your credit card”, it’s already on file… 40 clicks of the mouse more and while continuing eating with his left hand, and you are ready to go :o)
