I was initially supposed to pick my truck up at the Vinton, Ia. location on 9-27. I was using the mobile 25/7 app and went to pick up my truck and it said there was a problem. So I had to call a number provided to solve the problem. We drove 2 hrs down to Vinton and couldn't pick up our truck. We ended up having to drive another 1/2 hour to Center Point to pick up a different truck. I was told earlier in the week by the lady in Vinton that our truck would be there and shouldn't be a problem. I also spoke with a lady in Davenport that our truck would be there and just go through the steps on the mobile app. She also said she was going to send me a video on how to use the app to get your truck, but never did. Needless to say you had some very upset people. I will never use this app again and quite frankly I should be reimbursed for this!
