My husband and myself came in this morning, Sunday, to the park forest location. Britney was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain procedures and rates with us as we didn’t understand some things and she answered all of our questions with grace and respect! We would most certainly return to this location. The other workers there were polite and kind as well

Drop off manager was terrific. Confirmed receipt of my truck over the phone. Took in my info. He does need to train his attendant on what to do when someone returns equipment for UHaul.
