Great job! It was fast and quick and made a move much easier than finding a trailer, ratchet strapping everything down, ect. We got the stuff in, moved, and back home. Nicely done.

I was greatly disappointed that I had reserved an appliance dolly with the truck but it was not an option when I came to pick up the truck. Ended up with a great struggle moving a refrigerator. If it was not going to be available, I should not have been led to believe it would be waiting for me.
Josh SThe clerk was rude and had a strong accent that made it difficult to understand him. It was more important for him to pay the delivery person than to help a uhaull customer.
JOHN FAgent gave me no receipt or walk around on the truck I returned. I refilled the gas to full and was charged extra for it. I was charged an extra day, even though I returned the truck a half hour early. And some other "coverage" charge!
