Parking at this location is very limited. The van needed washing. Also, it bothered me to get my final receipt hours after returning the van. It should come to me immediately. Walter, who assisted me at the location, was great!Ronald A.

Unfortunately I had to go to this location because my previous reservation was â€ updated â€œ 1 day before my scheduled move. I was told I could no longer go one way. Long story short I was extremely inconvenienced and not offered any discount or compensation, for the short notice and change in plans which really stressed me out on top of my move.David W.
The office space is basic and adequately gets the pick up process done. Drop off was completed outside. Walter knows about moving and about truck size; he modified my initial truck request to a more suitable truck. Truck size was perfect and the move went very well.JULIE M.

When I first arrived at the location, the person working at the desk told me that the truck was turned in on time and specifically stated that I would not be charged for an extra day. I wish I would have recorded everything. I told him that I put in enough gas that it was more than where it was when I picked it up. I mentioned that I only saw a parking lot on the opposite side of the building and I wasn't sure if it was for the business next door or if it was shared. He said that it was only for the other business and that I needed to move the truck to the curb in front of the window. I said it was no problem and I went back to move it. As I began to back up, two cars came in and parked behind me. I pulled back into the parking space and walked back in. I told the guy what happened and said I was sorry, but there isn't enough room to get it out now. I didn't feel confident that there was enough space left to turn the truck around without scratching anything. He then became rude and told me that he would not check the truck in unless it was parked exactly where he wants it. I noticed a sign on the desk with a couple of phone numbers. One that said Manager and one that said President. I tried calling the Manager and didn't get an answer, then called the President and explained what happened. He said it wouldn't be a problem and at one point said: â€œI'll have someone straighten him outâ€. I said â€œIt's okay. I know he's just doing his jobâ€. I was on speakerphone and the employee heard both sides of this conversation. When I hung up, he still refused to check the truck in. I was shocked. I said: â€œDidn't you just hear what he said? He said it's okay.â€ Then he became even more rude and threatened to charge me for another day. I said: â€œNow your going to piss me offâ€. â€œIf you try to charge me for that, I will call U-Haul and get it refunded or even if that doesn't work, I'll call my bank and they will charge it backâ€. He called the Manager and lied to him right in front of me. He said that I â€œrefusedâ€ to move the truck, even though he knew that I had tried my best to comply with what he wanted. I said â€œYou're a liar and I want to speak to the Manager. The Manager then called me and I stepped outside to speak with him. I explained what really happened and he seemed to understand that I did everything I could. He said there wouldn't be a problem and that I can consider it checked in. I went back to the door to get a receipt, but the guy had locked the door. Hours later when I checked my e-mail, I found a receipt from U-Haul where I could see that he typed in the same lie that he had spoken to the Manager regarding me â€œrefusingâ€ to park in the right place. And... he charged me for an extra day. Which is fraudulent. I really can't recall ever having a worse experience anywhere. It's bizarre. It's as if this guy is purposely trying his hardest to get fired.RODNEY K.

The agent at the location is very friendly and helpful. Online app so easy to use, vehicles available at location as promised, unlike some of your competitors , and the van I got was low mileage! Through online app, the whole transaction is almost "contact-less" except for the credit card POS (perhaps you should work on eliminating that), much appreciated during this COVID 19 pandemic!Wilbert H.

have the correct truck that was reserved and agreed upon by both parties available and not have the customer running around different UHaul dealers with the false hope of getting a 10' truck only to be told 15' are available while running my reservation time up.Julian L.
