The Uhaul computer system was down. It took the meaningfully well helping attendant over 15 minutes to process a credit card payment that should have take 30 seconds. Uhaul needs to come down on their IT people to stop this from happening. Once again the attendant was great.

Luke was inattentive to my needs . More concerned to chit chat with others than addressing my concerns. When I discovered that the cabinets that I needed to move out from my unit # 22 were way to heavy for me to safely handle, I asked for a refund as I was only using the refrigerator dolly for 20 minutes. The blankets had not been used at all. My request for a refund was refused despite the fact that I hadn't used the dolly or the blankets. Not right. Michael Kiralla

Nothing thatI can see. Loved the supervisor who was very helpful and pleasant. Company very expensive. I went 1 mile over my estimated mileage and was surprised they charged for 1 mile! Not good for business.

I booked 2 dollies and only 1 was available and even that was not the right one. I specifically said I didn't want an appliance dolly but that's what I was given. No big deal. Would always use you guys anyway!

Luqmon should be a brand ambassador. He was the only helpful and competent interaction I had. His superior,or at least he spoke to Luqmon as such, should be retrained on how to interact with coworkers. He was condescending in front of me so there is no telling how he behaves when customers are not around.

The manager Tim was extremly helpful, we feel he went above and beyond to help us. As my Husband is 70 years old and does not get around very well Tim offered us his own adapter for the lights and trusted us to mail it back to him then he climbed under our truck to hook up the lights for the trailer and found us a new fuse when ours blew out. I am very upset with Uhaul services I live 1 mile from Uhaul in Altadena reserved a Van had my confirmation arrived Sunday at 9:00 a.m saw 2 vans on the Lot one with a Sign in the Window one without I was told that I had to go to another location on 3559 E Colorado Blvd Pasadena I told Tim that why did Ihave to go so far since it's 2 vans on the lot he claimed they were rented out and had to go to this location instead he later said they were busy that Saturday and didn't look at there Computers to reserve my Van I arrived to this Pasadena Location only to find and Employee Shanna on a cell phone and fixing her car with the hood up she told me I will be in there in a second she gave me a Van that was infested with Dog hair and smelled of Dog I told her it's not clean she said Sorry we don't wash cars here I told her I am a Customer and why should I have a filthy Van to drive in she later said she will clean it she smeared the windows and sprayed something on the floor of the van that made the dog scent worse and she had the nerve while helping me decided to tell me to wait while she helped another Customer I always felt that first come first serve. this treatment is not tolerated and I feel I should get a refund when I asked this employee that I want to speak to the Manager she claimed he's not here when I asked her what is his name she told me Uhaul Policy is not to give out that information I have used Uhaul for years and never have I encountered such Ignorant employees I am going to write a letter to corporate head quarters because they treat Customers like Crap.

Their Personalities and professionalism are outstanding ! Their humble and cordial approach with people and new clients are so welcoming . This location certainly has better customer service than the other location I went to before. The guy asked about how many miles I would drive before taking the van and I told him. The other location which was on 116 S Western Ave Los Angeles, CA cheated me by charging me for more miles than I actually drove. I only drove 3 miles and they charged me for 8 miles. They did this because they didn't like that I didn't drive many miles which would make them less profit.

I requested the truck from 7 am to 7 pm which according to the website was do-able and confirmed for my order. However I was told the truck had to be back by 4:00 pm for another customer.

Allow after-hours drop-off of truck. Pasadena doesn't allow on-street parking for trucks so finding a suitable place to leave the truck for a night can be troublesome.
