Drove to the place and started to register everything and before I was done it gave me a message saying some of the equipment was not available so I called U-Haul support and they said my vehicle was not that location. She gives us another location 30 minutes away and when we get there we register everything on the phone, go to get the keys and find that both lock boxes were open with no keys inside. I call customer support back and talked to the supervisor Jen who was very helpful. She got in contact with the owner of that location and he said it would take him a hour to bring us the keys when even though the drive was only about 20-30 minutes. Bad experience with U-Haul but give Jen a raise!
