The drop off information required in the App at drop off is excessive and very frustrating when you want to drop a truck voter busy days. You need to simplify both mobile pick up and drop off App usage.

The app used to check in was glitchy. When I tried to upload pictures when picking up my equipment it would only let me upload one photo. When I tried to enter the starting mileage from the odometer it was incorrect and it would not let me change it. Otherwise everything went well.
Colin WThe pickup experience was terrible. They explicitly said to have the UHaul app downloaded to access the vehicle. When we went to pick it up, the app wasn't working and it took us 45 minutes to get access to the truck. Customer service was extremely helpful, but it took a lot of time out of our scheduled time block for our move. If we didn't get the truck back in time, I guarantee we would have been fined for it. I would have been pissed! I would recommend this location, but I probably won't do 24/7 pickup again.
