Xiao NIt would help if in the pre-check-in it indicated that you need someone to be available to answer the phone and that you need a passport or physical copy of your lease at the time of the rental. I ended up having to go home to get my passport and I had to wait for my husband to get off of a presentation call so he could answer for me. If a person traveled by transit or ride share this would be expensive and could cause people to miss scheduled movers.
