The location did not open at 8:30am as advertised and as was on the door. I tried calling the number on the door that said to call if someone wasn't there, that number also did not have anyone respond. Finally, 45 minutes late someone showed up. This made an already tense day even worse.

KIMBERLY KWhen starting the truck, there was a message that the tire pressure was low. The person in the rental location said it didn’t matter…. Also the steering wheel isn’t centered, which might indicate that the alignment of the tires isn’t as it should be. It makes me wonder if this vehicle is properly maintained. Otherwise good. Staff was friendly and helpful
