The pickup experience was terrible. They explicitly said to have the UHaul app downloaded to access the vehicle. When we went to pick it up, the app wasn't working and it took us 45 minutes to get access to the truck. Customer service was extremely helpful, but it took a lot of time out of our scheduled time block for our move. If we didn't get the truck back in time, I guarantee we would have been fined for it. I would have been pissed! I would recommend this location, but I probably won't do 24/7 pickup again.
