The UHaul employee (Jeremiah) did a great job, but UHaul itself sucks and I'll never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The 10 ft. truck clearly posts a $19.95 in town/per day price, so taking it out of town couldn't be that much more, right? WRONG. $234.00 net cost to use the truck for 7 hours and drive only 102 miles, not including gas. Rip off. Never again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent t service and good will.
Memy II received exemplary service from Jeremiah. Incredibly helpful and very clear about the different options. A credit to the company.
Duncan WThe rental equipment was not available for me to use on arrival after being charged for it but the location sent me a refund immediately. The location had good service but my issue has not been solved by U-Haul. At the return at a different location, U-Haul charged me $480 for the “missing equipment” I never received.
KAYLI BConvenient location with easy check-in and check-out. Proactive service from the clerk. Thanks
