All gates to the parking lot were locked, so I used mobile return. However, there were no additional spaces for us to park the uhaul truck other than in the adjacent parking lot of another business. All locations should be vetted before they are permitted to be a uhaul vendor.

Very disappointed this experience has hurt more than helped ... due to the service of this location I’ve lost money and was late to work . I waited way too long to receive my rental that was reserved so that cut into my rental time. Once David finally figured out how to complete the process the printer did not work so he told me take a photo . Prior to that I heard I only make 7$ from this so I could care less multiple times . I was told they were closing as soon as I left which is fine they have 24hr return system . He failed to say if u parked here we will be locking this so you may want to take your vehicle somewhere safe where u can get it because we won’t be back for 2 days . I was over charged because when I wanted to return the rental They locked my personal vehicle in their lot which caused me to have to keep it an extra day as well as use miles and gas that I did not want or need . Now my account is negative and I’m waiting to even see if they will consider a refund . If I don’t receive my 180 overcharge back in my account I will never use u haul any location and I will bash them as much as I can forever . I did my part and I showed up on time I paid I kept the vehicle in great condition I also put the vehicle back at half it was reserved from 10:30 -4:30 I arrived to return it at 4:00pm check the cameras I then came back just to double check around 6pm because I really needed my car I hope corporate sees this post . The only positive is when I called the emergency line the guy did respond and had someone come during closed hrs the next day but I was still overcharged and the guy working really showed he did not care about me as a customer or that he even has u haul at his location

Called Uhaul and had a 2 hour extension from 11am to 1pm. And was charged a full extra day for it. Next time will rent from Penske

Absolutely terrible service. I told the person at the register that I was moving to another city and that I wanted a one way rental and he confirmed it for me, only to give me an in-town rental that is now costing me an arm and a leg. When I called uHaul to dispute the charge I was told that a field manager would get back to me in 72 hours. I had to call back after 18 days after still not hearing anything from uHaul and then to be told that uHaul will not help me in this matter.
