Have keys ready, if reservation was completed . But great CS overall . Store got a Lil busy, & she smiled at everyone , making smooth transactions, moving the line !
BOBBY WThey over charge. This time it was for mileage. The starting paperwork is always wrong. Then they make you call in and get it corrected and it takes days to get a refund. Take pictures before you drive off because the gas and mileage will need to be corrected and they tell you they can’t do anything about it. Pay attention to your bill never correct.
TYLAN TThe engine light was on the gas gauge was not the not the same as the paperwork. I drove the truck 11 miles and was overcharged 81.00 for gas. This is at a gas station so why wasn’t the truck full of gas like the paperwork indicated. I had yet to receive my refund. Take pictures of everything.
TYLAN TI chose a five star location called Speedees in Arlington. Of course, U-Haul, in its infinite wisdom, rerouted me to the Mobil location (three stars). I received no supplies that I paid for. My credit card information that was “saved for payment” was indeed not, so I had to find the number and provide it to the cashier (she was fantastic by the way). She called the owner and he called around to find another location with the supplies (Alpha Graphics). I had to wait thirty minutes for another manager at Alpha Graphics to get back from lunch to pick up the supplies. Even then, I did not receive the 24 pads that I ordered. I was provided ten and the dolly. Both locations assured me that my order would be credited for the extra dozen moving blankets missing from my order. I was not. The utility dolly worked out okay, though. I cleaned the cup holders and door inset to put my phone, keys, etc. They were very sticky and not clean. The truck ran great, but it was not clean.
