Better IN Store customer reps. The reps calling customer service was great. But the in store reps at pick up and drop off were very unprofessional.
Idaysia jI had a rough start due to no equipment that I ordered was present and the app glitched at check in. Be sure to lock your equipment at night.
Alexandria PI don't remember the name of the owner... great customer service and very helpful. I got in at lunch time, and he took time to get me into the U-Haul.
