Nobody was there during the hours our paperwork stated they would be open. It was clean, but not inviting in anyway. We would have preferred to do a walk-about in person instead of over the app. Also this location was 45 minutes away from our home ( but the closest choice provided) even though there was a u-haul dealer five blocks away from our new home. Not the dealerships fault, but definitely inconvenient.

Just a drop off location , office was closed

Chase NBetter IN Store customer reps. The reps calling customer service was great. But the in store reps at pick up and drop off were very unprofessional.
Idaysia jI had a rough start due to no equipment that I ordered was present and the app glitched at check in. Be sure to lock your equipment at night.
