Nobody was there during the hours our paperwork stated they would be open. It was clean, but not inviting in anyway. We would have preferred to do a walk-about in person instead of over the app. Also this location was 45 minutes away from our home ( but the closest choice provided) even though there was a u-haul dealer five blocks away from our new home. Not the dealerships fault, but definitely inconvenient.

Idaysia jI had a rough start due to no equipment that I ordered was present and the app glitched at check in. Be sure to lock your equipment at night.
