Iesha did a great job. She checked in with me ahead of time to make sure I knew where to go and what to do when I dropped off the truck. She also followed with me to verify that the location in Houston forgot the dolly and that I would not be charged for it. She was also very personable.

Only problem was passenger side mirror was too loose to remain in position. It would blow full forward at speeds above 35mph. Otherwise it was a great experience.
