This rental experience was smooth overall, and the truck itself was clean and worked well. The staff interaction was positive and the process was otherwise easy. However, I once again paid for a dolly that was not included in the truck. This seems to be a recurring issue and should be addressed, as customers are paying for equipment they are not consistently receiving.
